Who is the VIP of VIP RVA?
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Photography so many years ago that everything was done on film. Photoshop had just announced version 4 (they're currently on version 27.)
My portrait photography is shaped by my commercial training and a unique background; bringing life experiences and mature perspectives younger photographers most likely cannot.
The life skills and lessons I learned over years of traveling the world shape my approach to this work. I can talk to and connect with almost anyone, and tend to be calm and relaxed.
One of my greatest delights is learning about a life different from my own. What better way to listen than with a camera in hand!
I believe that interesting people are photogenic, and I enjoy making people feel beautiful.

Well-behaved pets are welcome to any portrait session, at no charge. Animals are extremely photogenic, and you're going to look your best with your best friend.
