Print & Product Pricing
Prices listed are based on current lab rates as of January, 2026. You pay the lab cost + shipping. Zero markup. No surprise pricing, no pressure, no credit card regret.
If you already have an idea of the type of art you'd like to create with your portraits, we can create an estimated print order during the Consultation. Nothing is submitted until you've proofed your final images and I've prepared them for successful printing.
We create your order during the Proofing session. You'll receive a copy of the lab's invoice after I've created the order in the lab's software, and you pay the invoice, thereby approving the order that I submit.
Sizes below are chosen as benchmarks; the two labs I've selected offer a wide variety of products, sizes, and finishes. I don't pre-select the products so you can order exactly what you want! And you probably get to order more products than you normally would due to the lack of markup.1
The Base Price listed is the starting price for 1 item with no customization. Final costs are affected by factors like the number of images or pages, and additional options like fine art paper/framing/mounting/embossing/speciality covers/etc. You can also add expedited options for the lab or shipping. Additional options that affect price are noted during the ordering process, and are detailed on the invoice.
Please note: the prices listed do not include shipping, taxes, or shipping insurance. (I strongly recommend shipping insurance for all orders.) Those things are calculated by the lab when I create the order in their software, and are shown on the invoice. We'll have a good idea of the cost at the end of the Proofing session, just not the exact amount.

My personal favorite on this list is the Moleskin Photo Notebook. Printed on fine-art paper, with custom layout to create room to write stories, memories, or a note (if it's a gift). The perfect combination of words and pictures in a classic style that works as completely personalized album.
